Char Dham Package From Delhi Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival at Haridwar from Delhi
You will reach Haridwar railway station/ bus stand and meet our representative, from there leave for Barkot by car.
Char dham package from Delhi introduces you to the Kempty fall, known as the highest waterfalls in the region. You can also enjoy various activities there.
After reaching Barkot, you can head out to visit a small pilgrim town on the banks of Yamuna river.
Check-in to the hotel , have dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 2 – Visit to Yamunotri
Wake up early, after a delicious breakfast , prepare yourself to take a dive into the holy land of pilgrimages.
Proceed to the sacred shrine of Yamunotri Dham, source of the river Yamuna.
Take a bath in Jamnabai Kund, as per the local beliefs the holy water cleanses all sins and protects from untimely and painful death. After bath, reach Jan Ki Chatti, the point to start the 6 km trek to the temple.
After reaching the temple, bow in honour to praise the mother Yamuna. Pray to the Goddess Ganga.
A visit to Surya Kund, a hot spring near the temple where you can boil some potatoes and rice in the kund and savour it as an offering from the Goddess.
Head down to Jan Ki Chatti and reach back to the hotel, after dinner retire for the day.
Day 3 – Trip to Uttarkashi.
Have a beautiful morning as you will be going for a divine ride of Uttarkashi.
After breakfast, travel to Uttarkashi, also known as the Shivnagri is situated on the banks of river bhagirathi and is a place of religious importance.
After reaching, check-in to the hotel and get ready to explore this town.
The first stop of the Char dham yatra package from Delhi is Vishwanath Temple, one of the oldest temples dedicated to Lord Shiva in Northern India.It is also one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the holiest of shiva temples.
Next stop is Shakti Temple, famous for the establishment of Goddess Durga’s Trishul, Shakti, it is believed that it was thrown on the demons by the Goddess herself.
Head back to the hotel for dinner and have an overnight stay.
Day 4 – Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi | Gangotri Temple Visit
After an early morning breakfast, you will go to Gangotri via Gangnani.
Take a holy dip in Garam Kund at Gangnani.
Witness the majestic view of Harshil valley on your way and reach to Shree Gangotri, dive into the holy water of river Ganges to find the inner peace and cleanse your soul.
Upon arrival at Gangotri dham you can pray to Goddess Ganga, a river known to absolve the sins of humankind and join the Aarti, a prayer to the Goddess Ganga. After the aarti ,you can rest or meditate at the ghat for a while.
Head back to Uttarkashi Hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 – Uttarkashi to Guptkashi
Enjoy a toothsome breakfast and get ready to travel to Guptkashi.
Enroute to Guptkashi, you will witness the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi river at Devprayag.
Have lunch at Srinagar , here you can purchase all the necessities for the further journey. Witness the view of Rudraprayag, Ukhimath on your way.
After reaching Guptkashi, check into the hotel and have dinner.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 – Guptkashi – Gaurikund – Kedarnath | Kedarnath Temple Visit
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Hotel and travel to Gaurikund.
Upon reaching Gaurikund, you can take a dip into the warm water of the kund, this water is known for its abilities to heal skin maladies. A place where lord shiva confessed his love for Goddess Gauri.
Start the trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath Temple, it will take you 5 – 8 hrs depending on the fitness of each individual. It’s a 14km trek.
You can rent ponies or palanquin for the journey to make it comfortable.
Take a halt for lunch at the small food joints on the trail.
On reaching the Kedarnath Temple, join the aarti and worship Lord Shiva. The divinity of the temple will bring all your stress to ease.
Get back and check into the hotel at Kedarnath, have dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 7 – Kedarnath – Gaurikund – Guptkashi
Get up early and witness the grand abhishek puja of one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.
Hear the sweet melody of ringing bells and mantras chanting, echoing across the Kedarnath range.
After having breakfast, trek down to Gaurikund. In the mid-way take a halt for lunch.
Reach Gaurikund and take a relaxing dip in the warm water , to relieve all the tiredness.
Head back to Guptkashi, where you will check-in to the hotel and have an overnight stay after dinner.
Day 8 – Guptkashi to Badrinath
Get up early and embark upon your journey to the last stop of the char dham tour package from Delhi.
Take a drive to Badrinath and watch river Ganga chasing you across the valley.
Upon arriving at Badrinath,reach the hotel & check in.
Explore the nearby temples or check out the nearby market.
Get back to the hotel for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 9 – Badrinath Temple Quest
On the 9th day you will go for a temple quest in Badrinath, our first stop is the shrine of Lord Badri Vishal. You can walk or rent a Pony to reach the shrine, amidst the valley and river stream.
Before entering the temple you can dip into the water of Tapt Kund.
Visit the Badrinath Temple,dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the statue here is considered to be one of eight swayam vyakta kshetras, or self-manifested statues of Vishnu.
Reach back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10 – Departure
Get up early, enjoy the delicious breakfast
Check out from the Hotel & leave for Haridwar.
After reaching haridwar, pay a final tribute to the Holy land and head home as your Char dham tour package from Delhi comes to an end.

A: Yamunotri and Gangotri temple doors open to devotees every year on Akshay Tritiya. Kedarnath opens on Maha Shivratri, whereas Badrinath doors are opened each year around Basant Panchami.
